Extremely low volume

Did anyone find a fix for this? I basically have to put the volume to max to hear anything on my lg tv. Playing the same media in a Sony tv plays normally with no issues. I've seen a few threads about this but none have a solution.

@LukeHow do I send logs from the LG app? I don't see an option for it. Here are the server logs. 

 

The issue is that media on my LG tv from  Emby is at a really low volume. So I have to raise the volume really high 75 to hear anything. Every other app  plays volume normally at about 30. This includes a Jellyfin instance I  stood up just to test. I've been running emby on this TV for some time. So something has changed recently. My other TV also plays emby fine.

Can you try clearing app data in the Emby LG app, or uninstalling/reinstalling the app?

I've found something interesting, but I don't know what it means...

With the TV (soundbar via HDMI ARC in my case) volume set OK (i.e. audible) for other sources (Xbox) and then starting a movie in the LG TV Emby app the volume is inaudible. If I then press the LG TV Guide button, wait for it to load and then exit the TV Guide, Emby starts playing at a louder, audible volume. Nothing else changed.

 

I'm using:

LG TV 55UK6470PLC

LG TV Emby app v1.0.47

Emby for Synology V4.8.11.0

I can't find any way to clear cache, but I've uninstalled (deleted) and reinstalled. On first test it seems fixed, but I'll report back in a few days to confirm

Ok, just tried again now and the volume has stayed up (audible) with me switching sources etc.

Looks like that's fixed it, thanks!
