A Question about Webhooks Settings

Hi, I found some settings in webhooks confusing: Limit user events and Limit library events.

For example, I just want to send a notification when User A is watching shows in Library X, I tick A in Limit user and X in Limit library, and there is no notification sent.

But after I untick X, the emby server sends the notification normally.

Summary: Emby picks the events that are ticked in Limit user and unticked in Limit library to send POST requests. 

It seems that 'Limit library events' actually does the opposite of what it means.
