Help I’m going crazy

I’m completely going crazy ! 
I’m trying to log in on my account to go on a server that I’ve joined earlier this year  but it’s not possible because every time I try it says to me that it’s not the right username or password but it’s the right one

it’s been a week or so that it’s doing that ! Earlier it was working well 

either I try on the app or the site it saying the same thing 

It’s only doing that when I tried to used it on my iPad 

i dona know what too do anymore , i have changed me password múltiple time but no

Hi, so this is someone else's server? You'll need to contact them for instructions on how to login.

Yes this is someone else server they said they said it was not a server issue and I’ve done what they said to connect myself but it’s not working 

Do you know how I can’t log …..

OK let's put it this way. What login instructions did they give you? Did you ask them if they tested those instructions themselves?
