Windows Server, Live TV, Guide, Channels in Guide Do Not Show in Order

In the Windows Server>Live TV> Channels, you are allowed to move the channels in the list to be shown as you would prefer to have them listed. I put all my local network affiliates at the top and the side channels are further down. This order is not used in displaying the guide in Roku, Browser, or Windows Emby Theater.  When I go back to Live TV in the server the channel order is how I modified the list order.

I don't remember selecting another channel order, but I put it in default and now it displays correctly. Thank you for your guidance.
