Trying to get instructions on how to setup emby connect but havent reciievd email?

Emby Connect is a way to connect to your own Emby server (or a friend's); the server owner sets up a link to your Connect account for you, and this generates the email.

You will not get access to any other media through Emby themselves - they do not provide media, they make software for you to stream your own media (Emby is a personal media server).
