Emby latest beta subtitles problem

On latest update when changing subs in the movie doesn't change, I have to quit the movie and then it's loaded, on previous one was fine, I saw this error before 3-4 months ago but was fixed, I have emby app on Sony android tv and synology 7.2 emby server
