Emby Connect not showing any servers on some accounts

Same issues for me - on devices I was previously signed in on, the shared servers are there and working fine.  When I try to add a new device though (or via web), no shared servers are there.

@Kohphanganhow exactly did you sign in? What exactly did you expect to see that wasn't there?

Sorry for not providing more details originally. When I sign into the emby app on a new android TV device using Emby Connect, I see "Select a Server" but no servers are listed. Below that I see "Other options" which consists of "Enter Manually" or "Sign Out of Connect."

On Android TV devices that I have been signed into for a few weeks now, when I go to "switch server" option in settings I can see the shared server my account should have access to listed under "Select a Server". The screen looks the same as what I see on the newly logged in device, except the lack of option under "select a server".

When I sign in via a web browser on PC, I get "Add Server" or "Sign in with Emby Connect". If I click "Sign in with Emby Connect" I am prompted for email and password again. When I sign in again, it returns me to the same screen with only "add server" or "sign in with Emby Connect". 

If more info is needed please let me know.

Edit: my apologies - I thought I had replied to an older post describing this issue yesterday but it appears I created a new thread by mistake somehow. I didn't see a final outcome from the post I had intended to reply to though.

Hi.  Are you sure this account is properly linked via Connect?  What happens if you blank out the connect email and save and then re-enter it and re-accept the validation in the email that is sent?

Uggh total user error... I did not remember having 2 accounts but apparently I did and was using the wrong account (not linked). Apologies for wasting your time on this one!
