More viewers than tuners, but the same channel?

So I was wondering, am I limited to the number of tuners I have, on Live TV? Or if more people than tuners want to watch the same channel, will it basically be able to use the delay buffer to stream to multiple clients?

Hi, in most cases the live streams are shared with multiple viewers. It just depends on the input format.
