simonmason 19 Posted November 20, 2023 Posted November 20, 2023 I have two identical TCL TVs in the house with Apple TV 4K. Both are running 1.79 (2) app. One syncs fine, the other does not. The soundbars are both Vizio but different models. However, on the one that has the sync issue the other apps on the Apple TV don't appear to have any issues. So I am scratching my head trying to figure out what to do here. Happy to provide more information or take suggestions on how to diagnose this. Thanks.

simonmason 19 Posted November 20, 2023 Author Posted November 20, 2023 ok, here are the log files I found that were updated today. Tested with the Gilmore Girls. The Season 7 episode watched was on the problem TV. The Season 1 episode was watched on the other TV that was not a problem. We also tested another program - movie Footloose - only on the problem TV - and it was the same. All of this was happening in the afternoon of 11/20 - 1pm - 3pm.
