unable to log into empy to watch my tv subscription

hi there i use a apple box with the emby app. 

my tv subscription is with [redacted]. 

i was logged on on my tv and usually if this happens i use a pin and i will log back in, however this time this is not the case. when i log in i actually get this website instead of my tv app. i am relative novice with all this stuff my brother usually helps me out. i still hav the [redacted] subscription but i do not have a clue how to set it up. please help and advice
