Password Rest - I need help

It says wrong username or password, so I've changed the password and tried again. It recognises me when I sign in on my phone, but not on the tv vua the android box. I've uninstalled emby and installed it again but to no avail

Hi.  Exactly how are you trying to log in and what user/password are you using on the TV?
