I have searched the website and don't see where I paste my key.

How do I restart the server if I am web based on an android phone?

Currently off my phone. I set up the server there. i. New to this and really dont know what I am doing. I want to set this up and then make my father in law a user as he has no tv

Thank you. I have added plugins. Restarted the server and still nothing populates. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Sorry for the questions I am new to this.

Not all plugins are visible in mobile view. What is it you are expecting to see?

Your Premiere Key has taken, so you can tick that off.

Would you not start seeing movies populate? Or tv shows?

Well that depends, did you add any?

Emby is a personal media server. You must have your own server and supply your own media (or Live TV)

You have previously been linked to the Quick Start guide above, I suggest giving that a read to get going.
