iiiJoe 62 Posted November 9, 2023 Posted November 9, 2023 Hello to all. I’m able to connect with Emby on my IPad and IPhone on my local network with no issues. However, when I try to connect remotely I’m getting this screen… I’ve tried my username and password but I just get an error of invalid username or password. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance everyone
sross44 431 Posted November 9, 2023 Posted November 9, 2023 There's a lot that could be going on here. 1) Do you have port forwarding set up? 2) How are you connecting remotely? Through a VPN like tailscale or did you set up a domain name? Again there's a lot that could be causing you to not connect remotely so share as much as you can with everyone to help you.

That is the login screen for your locally managed users, so the username and password that you enter should come from there.
