RickySom 0 Posted November 8, 2023 Posted November 8, 2023 (edited) Hi, I can access my Emby server just fine on my local network, but nothing externally. I have been through the connectivity troubleshooter and can see that the UpnP setting on my router is on and Emby servers show as follows: The client IP address section for both matches the In home LAN access address in the Emby server dashboard. I have tried to connect to the server both with the emby iOs app and through a browser on my phone (using LTE network and not on my home wifi) However, when I go to canyouseeme.org and use the IP address for the remote WAN access it cannot be found: I am at the end of the troubleshooter... where do I go from here? I am using a WD mycloud EX2 with a TP-Link Archer C80 router Edited November 8, 2023 by RickySom Updated for clarity
