Close caption has never ever really worked for me when watching live tv or a recording. Is there anything I need to do or an update?

It appears some CC works, others don’t, and some that don’t work in the android tv app work on my Apple phone… seems inconsistent….

Im trying to find the send log option under the Android tv. Turned it on but don’t see it from my home section in the android tv app.

Regarding android,  Can you try sideloading our standard android app on the same device and see how that compares?

Doesn’t work there either.

I wish you guys would stop recommending this as a replacement app until its ready for release.

- channel up/down in guide (backwards)

- No number channel changing options

- Slow compared to android tv app

- Previous channel missing

Hi.  We have seen some flavor of CC that Exoplayer doesn't "see" but we haven't been able to discover exactly why  yet.

We’ll be updating it to a newer build in the near future so we’ll see what that brings.
