Hello, I've installed emby on my TCL, everything works, but when I play/reproduce the content, it shows a black screen and then returns to Home.

How can I fix this?

Hello, here it is the log file

 

TV model : TCL 55C745 (firmware/version up to date)

Google store app used: Emby for android TV ( up to date)

Hello, it works this way but I would like to use the native app of the tv and not sideloading.

Is that gonna be possible?

What do you mean? I have sent the log in the previous messages. I clicked reproduce and then turns back to home, like in the video

Your previous messages state you are not able to get to the menu item in order to send the log from the app.  If you did, please provide the information requested.  Thanks.
