Play Live TV channel right away when selecting from Guide?

I hope this makes sense. 

When I go to the "Live TV" section and i'm on the "Guide" tab all of my channels show up just fine with the guide info showing.

But when I select a channel, it doesnt automatically start playing... it takes me to the channel page and then i have to hit the Play button.

Is there a way to skip that step and just play the channel right away?

With AndroidTV you can hit the play button. Pretty sure this works on Roku too. What device are you using for playback?

Are you using a remote control? if yes then you can press play on the remote and it will start playing without having to go to the channel screen.
