Support opml file import in Podcast

I manage my podcast subscriptions in external software, which also provides an opml file via URL.
It would be so easy if I subscribed to this opml file in emby.
This means I don't have to maintain two programs.

I've used it as a way to migrate subscriptions from one player to another, but I can see why one might want to use it in an ongoing fashion for non-Emby players.
