no favorites in the music header

I noticed yesterday that I also have favourites in the music header on my Android TV. and can put my favourite CD there. I don't have this on my android phone or windows pc.

there is a general favourites on the home page.
I have looked through the forum, can anyone tell me how I can get the favourites in the header in music on my phone?
