Opensubtitles replacement

Is there a way to configure something other than Opensubtitles. Opensubtitles sucks. They are embedding ads in the subtitles. I don't want this garbage and I don't want to manually edit them to remove.

There are several subtitle plugins in the Catalogue (though OpenSubtitles is by far the best source), you're not forced to use OpenSubtitles. And not sure if it's still the case, but VIP members shouldn't have ads inserted. Nor should subs manually downloaded from their web site. You can also post-process the files to remove unwanted lines of text.
