Live TV existing playlist path change questions

Hello,

I have a question on how Emby Server acts when we change an existing live tv m3u playlist path.

For example, let's say I have a playlist A "PATH A/A.m3u" added to live tv ("File or url" field content = "PATH A/A.m3u"). The channels from this playlist have been sorted, images edited, EPG mapping done.

I have a second playlist PATH B/B.m3u of which the content is exactly the same as playlist A (same channels, same URLs, same EXTINF data etc.) and the channels are in the same order . 

Question 1: Can I change the "File or url" field content from "PATH A/A.m3u" to "PATH B/B.m3u" without seeing any change on how my channels are sorted, which images are assigned to them, which EPG mapping has been done?

Let's say I have a third playlist PATH C/C.m3u of which the content is the same as playlist A, but the order of the channels in the m3u file is different.

HI, you probably will lose customizations in Emby when doing that.

I did a quick test and you are right - all customizations done in Emby are lost, including the sort order. Which means I really need the ability to drag and drop channels to change the sort order back  Thanks!
