No compatible streams are currently available - ipad and mac

Im consistently getting this issue on my ipad (using the app). Now im getting it on my mac also (web app), i am connected to my vpn tho if that makes a difference, the bandwidth is quite sufficient tho. Im not able to get anything meaningful from the logs (aslo i cant move the topic, obviously shouldn't be under Android Sever).
