Emby randomly pausing, continues by itself several minutes later

I am getting the exact same issue as above.  The only thing I can really find in the logs is response time jumping from 1ms to 7780ms.  What I have found is that is mostly starts after about 50mins of play.  None of these are encoding and just direct-play.

I can't remember it doing it before, probably started a month or 2 ago.  They are on cloudflare proxy dns to reverse proxy to docker.  I have Jellyfin running on same same machine with exact same setup and using same library.  On Same show it doesn't happen.  This happens whether you are playing externally (I am in Thailand, and player in England) or on my local network. ie. my smart TV's. 

 

For more information direct play is at max about 2mbps, and I have 500mps fibre up, so bandwidth does not seem to be the issue.
