Movie plays on Firestick, not on Windows PC or Laptop

Hi,

I'm sorry if not reporting or attaching files correctly. I'm only savvy enough to 'get by'.

I'm running emby on an unraid server. I rarely have issues, but while trying to play a movie on my windows 10 PC through chrome, I would just get the 'buffering' wheel. It was an x265 file, so I redownloaded to an x264 file (honestly I don't know the difference but this has worked in the past). After that did not work, I moved to my amazon firestick, and it worked there (with the x264). When trying to move to my windows 11 laptop I was still getting the 'buffering' wheel and had to go back to the firestick to finish the movie. I usually can muddle my way through logs and googling to figure out what is happening, but honestly I have no idea here. I apologize if I'm not clear or uploading the wrong file, please let me know anything else I can provide to help me understand what I'm missing here.

It was the movie Aliens. The first attempt to play on PC was around 6:50 pm on the 27th, with the second attempt being around 11:30 pm.
