When I login, I get the green "Get Emby Premiere" highlight at the top. If I go to settings/Emby Premiere, the key is still in there. If I cut it, save, paste it, save, it works again for ~24h-48h or so. The logs show some sort of checkin that results with "Not registered for MBSupporter" for some reason. When I remove and repaste the key, it changes to "Registered for MBSupporter," but happens again in 1 or 2 days. Emby version was 4.7.13.0, but I updated it today to 4.7.14.0. GrimReaper 4744 Posted October 27, 2023 Posted October 27, 2023 That's odd. Even if you had no connection to mb3admin after your key had been accepted, server should run on cache quite a few days more than 1-2. Are you on Monthly, Yearly or Lifetime Premiere? @ebr

I did find one anomaly, not sure if this would cause it but it's a docker container and for some reason /tmp wasn't mapped. GrimReaper 4744 Posted October 28, 2023 Posted October 28, 2023 Tbh, not sure, as your key's been actively refused by admin server, it's not like you didn't reach it/something was blocking your outgoing request. I'd wait for Dev's input. 1

I mapped it and redeployed to see if that helps. @GrimReaper If it doesn't then you may want to check the server log for failures to contact our admin server, although even if there was, it takes much longer than a few days before it becomes required again.

Unless, of course, we get a response from our server that the key really isn't valid - which looks like what is happening. I'd check any proxies, VPNs etc. that could potentially be interfering.

I'd check any proxies, VPNs etc. that could potentially be interfering. Just happened again today. Cut key, save, paste key, save, validates. talking to mb3admin.com is working fine. Not sure why it randomly replies invalid. Is there someone I can reach out to with the key to look at the check-in logs on the emby side of the house?
