Editing a convert job says 'download' instead of 'convert'

When you create a conversion job, the options read 'convert to:' 'Convert unplayed videos only', etc

 

Once you've created that job, then click on it in the conversions menu of the server settings to edit the job, they now read 'Download to:' 'Download unplayed videos only', etc

I'm seeing this in both the android app and web app. Haven't tested others.

It is in the web client too. This is probably driven by the server and not the clients.  I've pretty much abandoned Emby's conversion because by running the conversion as part of a post processing script, I can more accurately get what I want, and the previous munging of conversions and downloads was just confusing, and apparently still is.

Most of the text has been fixed to be specific to the convert operation but looks like that's one that still needs adjusting. Thanks.
