Emby Connect Issue

Hi, new emby premier user having issues witb linking any emby connect email to all users. Can access account and server and do everything else and apps work when manual entry of the dns host address setup no issues... have tried about everything i can think of and it's super frustrating to not be able to have connect work.

Hi.  That log does not contain any Connect activity.  Please reproduce the error you showed above and then post that server log.

The time period of this log should have multiple attempts. Every single time I go to the section in there and type in an email it does not work. It just says there is an error which I screenshoted above

Not sure how to read into this - are you trying to link same or different Connect account on different users? Does each of those users have their own Connect account already created before you attempt linking?

Most likely, something like your firewall is blocking but if you can reproduce that error and then grab the log from right after that and post it, we can take a look.

@jondrewfoojust to make absolutely certain we have the right log file, can you please try to do it again, then attach the emby server log and also let us know what time it was that you tried it? Thanks !
