Error - This Emby server needs to be updated (Android + Linux Theatre)

I'm running Emby (version 4.8.0.55 beta, Linux Docker) and cannot seem to connect to it using the Android app (version 3.3.50, Android 13) and Theatre (version 3.0.19, Linux Flatpak). It works the first time I login, but when I close the apps and open them again I get error "This Emby server needs to be updated". I then have to remove my server from the list and re-add and re-login again for it to work, but it still doesn't work after a restart. I've tried with using both my internal IP and external domain but the issue persists.

Hi, are the addresses that you're trying the same ones that are displayed on your emby server dashboard?

Yes, it's the same ones.

Does the same thing occur with the browser on the same device in the hosted web app, http://app.emby.media ?

Hm, no. It works fine via web browser on both devices.

It also works without issues on Android TV.

@oliverhoerbergare you still having an issue with this? Can you please attach the emby server log from when the problem occurred?
