Hello, do you think you can add the release date with the physical or digital release date? because the cinema release date is too far away, sorting by release date is not great. Thank you so muchCapturedcran2023-10-21150932.png.e8167304abf16eb156084153bd2ad1ce.png

Hi, what do you mean by too far away?

The cinema release date is 8th Sep. whereas the digital is 28th Oct. & physical is 14th Nov. so sorting by release date (currently the "In Cinemas" date) when the movie finally gets added (probably on either the digital or physical release), its not going to be at the top/front of the list.

Hi @LukeThank you, As adminexitium said, the cinema release date is too far from the digital or physical release date. In emby when you sort by release date, the film is never at the top of the list. look for example for oppeiheimer, when he is available, he will be available at least in July.

I think it would be nice to change the release date to a physical or digital release date.

Another request for the same thing

recently released movies is good but it basically hides new release movies because the theatrical release date was 2-3months ago and many digital only releases came out prior and take up the space.

I agree. Adding new entries that get obfuscated because they were released in the US ages ago and only just hit Europe is really frustrating.
