Shows missing episodes when shouldn't

I ran into an issue where missing episodes are being shown when they should not be.

I was adding an new show in my "TV Shows" Library.

I first created the file structure:

He-Man and the Masters of the Universe (2021)

        He-Man and the Masters of the Universe (2021) Season 01

        He-Man and the Masters of the Universe (2021) Season 02

        He-Man and the Masters of the Universe (2021) Season 03

I then added the episodes only to season 1 and ran the library scan on the TV Shows Library.

When I looked at the show it showed the following

The settings should not have shown these missing episodes

I'm not sure if Emby should show the three Season posters, with two of the seasons empty of episodes, or the episodes for the single season that are present. However I don't think it should show the missing episodes for the seasons that are not populated in the single season view.

Display Missing Episodes Within Seasons is enabled in the Library settings.
