libussa 3 Posted October 20, 2023 Posted October 20, 2023 (edited) Hello! I have some movies that do not get identified correctly, despite having a tmdbid in the folder name. Here is the server log for one of them: 2023-10-20 17:49:12.753 Info LibraryMonitor: movies (/mnt/media/movies) will be refreshed. 2023-10-20 17:49:15.677 Info MediaProbeManager: ProcessRun 'ffprobe' Execute: /app/emby/ffprobe -i file:"/mnt/media/movies/Beasts (2021) [tmdbid-714017]/Beasts (2021) [tmdbid-714017] - [WEBDL-1080p][AC3 5.1][h264]-SEiGHT.mkv" -threads 0 -v info -print_format json -show_ streams -show_chapters -show_format -show_data 2023-10-20 17:49:15.732 Info MediaProbeManager: ProcessRun 'ffprobe' Process exited with code 0 - Succeeded 2023-10-20 17:49:15.788 Info TheMovieDb: MovieDbProvider: Finding id for item: Beasts 2023-10-20 17:49:15.788 Info HttpClient: GET https://api.themoviedb.org/3/search/movie?api_key=XX&query=Beasts&language=en-US&year=2021 2023-10-20 17:49:16.090 Info HttpClient: GET https://api.themoviedb.org/3/movie/571648?api_key=XX&append_to_response=alternative_titles,reviews,casts,releases,images,keywords,trailers&language=en-US&include_image_language=en-US,en,null,en 2023-10-20 17:49:16.103 Info HttpClient: GET https://api4.thetvdb.com/v4/search?type=movie&q=tt9747594&remote_id=tt9747594 2023-10-20 17:49:16.272 Info HttpClient: GET https://api4.thetvdb.com/v4/movies/114867/extended?meta=translations 2023-10-20 17:49:16.465 Info HttpClient: GET https://api.themoviedb.org/3/movie/571648?api_key=XX&append_to_response=alternative_titles,reviews,casts,releases,images,keywords,trailers 2023-10-20 17:49:16.474 Info HttpClient: GET https://webservice.fanart.tv/v3/movies/571648?api_key=XX 2023-10-20 17:49:17.629 Info Auto Movie Version Collections: Library Event Detected for Auto Version Grouping but will wait 1 min as you can see, the movie is named with the tmdbid (in both directory and filename), but still Emby uses only movie name and year in its query to themoviedb, resulting in a wrong match (https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/571648 vs https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/714017 ) here is my library config, and I have no nfo files anywhere Edit: I went back into my logs (this is a fresh install), and despite all my movies following the same naming pattern, ALL of them were matched by title and year and not by tmdbid Edited October 20, 2023 by libussa
GrimReaper 4739 Posted October 20, 2023 Posted October 20, 2023 Up until very recently, syntax used was only equals (=), i.e. Beasts (2021) [tmdbid=714017] Tbh, thought that additional formats would be supported only in 4.8, but KB already lists them all. https://emby.media/support/articles/Movie-Naming.html#id-tags-in-folder--file-names
