Movie scanner does not use the tvdbid in folder/filename

Hello!
I have some movies  that do not get identified correctly, despite having a tmdbid in the folder name.
Here is the server log for one of them:

as you can see, the movie is named  with the tmdbid (in both directory and filename), but still Emby uses only movie name and year in its query to themoviedb, resulting in a wrong match (https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/571648 vs https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/714017 )

here is my library config, and I have no nfo files anywhere

Edit: I went back into my logs (this is a fresh install), and despite all my movies following the same naming pattern, ALL of them were matched by title and year and not by tmdbid
