ukkii 1 Posted October 19, 2023 Posted October 19, 2023 (edited) Hi Everyone I just searched the whole forum but wasnt able to find any specific post which is addressing the same issue as I have. Im currently moving to Emby and thus im renaming my whole library (according to emby file naming guide) and start with a bunch of TV Shows. I created the library defined the metadata language, location and cover/picture language to german. Somehow the Metadata of single episodes gets pulled in german, but the tvshow.nfo file keeps getting pulled in english even if the TV Show is available on TheMovieDB in german / german metadata. Things I already tried: - Changing the priority of the scrapper - deactivating scrappers and just leave one activated - deleted the library via gui and recreated it - deleted the library.db file and recreated the librar - MetaData Manager -- Setting the prefered Language on TV Show Level. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you. Edited October 19, 2023 by ukkii
Luke 42077 Posted October 19, 2023 Posted October 19, 2023 HI, did you check what data your highest priority series fetcher actually has?
ukkii 1 Posted October 19, 2023 Author Posted October 19, 2023 Hi Luke Yes I did check it and it has a german description of the show.
Luke 42077 Posted October 19, 2023 Posted October 19, 2023 OK try refreshing the metadata in Emby server and see if that helps.
ukkii 1 Posted October 19, 2023 Author Posted October 19, 2023 Tried this already. Its not just on this TV Show its on all TV Shows.
Luke 42077 Posted October 19, 2023 Posted October 19, 2023 Let’s look at an example: How to Report a Problem Thanks.
ukkii 1 Posted October 20, 2023 Author Posted October 20, 2023 Hi Luke Thanks, which logs should I attach? BR

ukkii 1 Posted October 31, 2023 Author Posted October 31, 2023 Hi Luke Seems like i fixed the issue by changing the country to germany in library settings. I had the country set to a country which speaks german as native language but is not germany. 1
