Edit Subtitles option not available

So .. I’m having this issue now can I get some help, I do have everything setup - it’s just some movies, have subtitles and they won’t work and I also can’t get a manual option to download .. I don’t want to automatically download for every single file I have as there’s too much .. I did double check the credentials and the logs to ensure the login worked via the SQLite connection it makes

Oh I made a dumb mistake while editing a user permission and turned off sub downloads because I didn’t want it to trigger auto then totally forgot - disregard
