TVDB Follow up ???

I posted three tickets in TVDB at the start of July for corrections to three TV series. As of today they are still Open, Department Moderators. Untouched since I put them in, as far as I can see. I don't know anything about how TVDB operates, can anyone here tell me, is it possible to follow up to see if anything is going on?

OK I can't speak for tvdb, sorry. I don't know how quick they are to respond to those.

There is a TVDB mod that hangs around there and may help push your tickets forward, if asked nicely.
