Unable to use chrome cast

1:Emby shws the music in the browser but I can`t stream the tab to my chromecast device. In another tab youtube works perfect. What can be the issue?

2: when i restart the Computer and I try to open the url of the server, that one worked before, I can't enter. Only after i run the setup again. It seems it is not working
