no compatible streams are currently available

When i try to play back a video via internet from outside the my home network i get "no compatible streams are currently available" however from LAN works fine

I'm using haproxy as a reverse proxy to access emby from outside

can anyone help

Hi, have you compared your reverse proxy setup to this:

I know it’s different software but most reverse proxies have similar settings.

Hi Luke, but my access from LAN also go through the reverse proxy and it does not have any issue

Hi Luke, just found this post, yes iOS was adding the port, once i added another entry for the front end to include the port in the address it's working now
