Can't connect on AppleTV or IOS

I have Emby server on 4.7.14.0 and I am able to stream perfectly to computer browser, and roku sticks. I recently got an Apple 4K TV and I am unable to connect. I tried downloading the IOS app and tried connecting to the server, which keeps saying that the server needs to be updated. 

I rebuilt the emby server from running windows 10 to ubuntu 22.04 and I still have the same issue. Please any help with this would be much appreciated.

Hi, are you using a reverse proxy? Or a vpn (on either side) ?
