is there anything i can do so they can save the info in their roku tv?  so they don't have to enter username and password everytime?  or they would probably have to save the info on their end(which i don't think roku app has that ability maybe?)

Thats odd, don't have a Roku device, but did the user remember to tick the check mark.

The Roku has the Remember Me option inside the Advanced settings.

On their Roku are they using the PIN method with Emby Connect or are they using manual login?
