Unable to Reach Windows server

A couple of days ago, I was NOT able to access my Widows server running on a mini PC from my desktop PC.  Today, I discovered that this issue occurs while using Chrome browser BUT NOT while using Windows Edge.  Not sure if there was an update for the Chrome browser, on something that changed on my end.

Not sure how to check for the issue.

Strange, I just copied the address from that link and it worked.  http://192.168.10.131:8096

Try using the http version of the hosted web app
