Setting default audio track & default sub-titles

Hi everyone!

I have a couple of TV series  whose default audio track & sub-titles are NOT English... is there any way to make the English audio track as well as the English SUBRIP sub-titles so that they will STAY as default but only for these series???

As it is, when watching those  series, I have to stop EMBY after each episode in order to RE-set them...

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

Being somewhat popular request that regularly comes about, I'd assume it will eventually get implemented.
