Hi guys,

When I change the quality of a movie in the Emby app, I get the maximum streaming limit has been reached error. How do I fix this from happening? I assume it is some kind of setting in my server but not sure where.

Thanks in advance for your help.

There's a server-wide limit at the bottom of the Network settings page in the dashboard.

There's a user-specific limit on the profile page of each user.

If it’s that high then you might as well just remove it right?  Beyond that we’ll have to look at a specific example:

Thanks.

I have the Max simultaneous video streams set to one and if I set it to 2 it doesnt give the error... so I assume the app thinks its 2 streams when i change the quality?

I thought you said you get it with 1000? But sorry I was mistakenly thinking of the quality setting when I said to remove it.

Anyway, is this android?
