Can i move emby from one server to the other with all the metadata?  Its more the metadata i want to move

what i personally do is just zip the emby folder under /var/lib and move it to the other server. The scan goes faster than a backup restore but idk if it's recommended. Also u may need to update some stuff in the config file to change the actual url/ip to the new server url/ip.
