Download cannot start

My emby server is deployed on Debian 11 system, and the emby version is 4.7.14.0. I cannot download the resources in emby through the emby application. No matter how long it takes, it will always show waiting in queue (Android-IOS-Windows application) All have this problem) It is worth noting that it can be downloaded normally through the browser

For example, when I download a certain piece of music in the emby client, it will always show waiting. Note that there is no queue on the emby server at this time (no metadata scraping task, no media library scanning task), and it will not start no matter how long it waits. HI, please try opening the download settings screen in the android, windows or iOS app and then see if that helps kick start the downloads. If it doesn't, then please attach emby server log from when you did that:
