Sometimes it won't load all movies

Hi every one
Does anyone have the same problem
When I choose a folder, for example my Movies folder, it doesn't always load it all, it stops in different places and then it won't load anymore, it can be L for example and then it's like there are no more movies, if I then close the app and start again, maybe it stops at T or maybe loads the whole folder
but it doesn't do it all the time, sometimes it just works
if I use my PC via web there are no problems

If I select the movie folder in the Emby app on my Apple TV it starts loading the movies with covers and sometimes then stops loading at for example P and the rest is not displayed as if there are no more films after P
and if i try to scroll further down nothing happens and it doesn't seem to try to load anymore
If I close the app and start it again it works for The most times where it finds all my movies and sometimes it gets a little further for example to T and stops

I have this same issue, both movies and TV. I have 1000 TV and 11,000 movies.

Just so I’m understanding correctly, I should load the Apple TV app, scroll until it stops and send server logs?

I am having the same issue.  While scrolling through the library, the library will "end" in a random spot (ie. Only movies A-K will show...L-Z are not visible).  This behavior is random - it does not happen every time.  Closing the app and going back in resolves the issue.

I also have this issue. Stops most frequently at J. Got all movies and start scrolling. It just stops as if nothing exists after that letter. It is almost all the time. If it doesn’t stop, it will jump you back up to the top of the list. This has happened for a long time, we’ve just found different ways to work around it. there is about 3000 movies. It is exclusive to the AppleTV app. iOS is fine, FireTV is fine web browsing is fine.

Having this same issue was wondering if there was any updates regarding it? I'm a new emby user and it won't load my entire list of movies as described. Doesn't always stop loading at the same spot, but it pretty much never lets me scroll my entire movie library.
