Having trouble acting my server remotely via Emby connect

When I log in via the app i enter my username and password which is accepted

It then just takes me straight back to the log in screen?

Any ideas or how to reset my account?

Thanks

You must now use an email address for login.  You can't use the Connect user name.  Local user names will still work but, with Connect, it must be the email address.  This is for security reasons.

The login screen should specifically state "Enter email address".

The login screen does say email address, yes.

@Andyw@sky.complease let us know if this helps. Thanks.

@Andyw@sky.comdid you try clicking forgot password?

And/or did you try clicking Skip on the Emby Connect screen and just entering your server address information manually?

I have tried both methods

If i enter my emby connect details it just takes me back to the log in screen

If I try and enter my details manually it say's unable to connect

I have changed my password and doesnt seem to be the problem

I have also set up port forwarding attached
