TV Shows do not have Cast & Crew

Hello.

I am pretty sure that I have some settings wrong but I am having trouble figuring out the problem.

I have a library name TV with its contents set to "TV shows".  On recently added shows, I no longer see the "Cast & Crew" for each episode. However for shows that I added years ago, I see the cast and crew for each episode. These shows are all in the same "TV" library.

Any idea what I have done wrong?

Hi, what metadata fetchers are enabled on the library and in what order?

 Did you check to see what data your highest priority fetcher has?

OK so the answer is tvdb. Did you check to see what data they have for the series in question?

Yes. I checked.

They have cast and crew information. For example,

OK, please try refreshing the metadata on that episode and see if that helps bring in new information.

I'm sorry that it took me so long to get back to you.

I tried refreshing the metadata. The dialog box "Refresh Metadata" was displayed. I clicked the green "Refresh" button. It said, "Refreshing metadata..."

Unfortunately, there is still no "Cast & Crew" section being displayed for the episode.

Have you checked the metadata editor for that episode to ensure there are no locked fields?

It looks like "People" is unlocked. However, it is empty.

Is that tvdb id for the episode correct? Try blanking it out and saving and then refreshing the metadata for the episode again.

I think that the tvdb id is correct.

OK I can confirm the issue, but I don't have an answer right now. It will need to be reported to tvdb. The data on their website doesn't match what's coming out of their api.
