Unable to Log in through Emby Connect

Hey all,

Ive been trying to connect through emby connect and  I constantly get “login failure” despite trying with my username or email  

I can connect through the browser and mobile app fine but the Xbox is struggling. I’m positive I’m tying everything correctly. Any ideas? 

(I’ve also reinstalled the app multiple times, got server admins to remove and readd Emby connect, no changes… I also removed Emby Theatre app)

Hi, where exactly are you trying to log in? You can’t use username with Emby connect anymore, it’s email only.

We work very hard on Emby and we thank you for your support.

Regarding Ember, it probably is out of date with Emby Connect changes, so if you really want to use that then I would suggest clicking the option to skip Emby Connect and enter your server information manually (if it has that option, which I would think  it does).
