This is a pretty sweet setup for recordings on windows desktop, what is needed in regards to streaming for family members pc wise other than a mac mini I use now to stream and windows as the server.

HI, what devices do they have?

Smart TV's and laptops, I will get this going on android tv tomorrow the wife is watching in the living room so I will need to wait. We seen this at our friends a few weeks ago and the wife really likes it so I got it running on windows and watch it on the mac for now.

Are they able to install the Emby app onto them? Then they can connect to your Emby server.
