Playback error(strange issue...)

Hi there,

I have facing some tricky pronlem with play back eror, the playback is only working all good only on my samsung tab s8, neither emby theater nor android app is working.

It was under intranet while the file is stored in local disk , according to the screen shot it seems working normaly; nevertheless, the video just can't be play.
