How about these parts:

1. Check your Firewall and router settings. Be sure nothing is blocking the server application's access to mb3admin.com

2. Disable or remove any browser add-ins. Some security add-ins (like Privacy Badger) can block our ability to validate the key

兄弟，问题解决了。

在确保服务器和手机都能访问mb3admin.com的前提下。

打开软件，最后手机app打开，进入premiere菜单，先把输入框密钥移除，然后保存。当提示密钥移除成功，重新下服务器，然后再次填入密钥就可以了

我也有同样的问题。我的EmbyServer之前安装在群晖NAS的docker中，使用正常。今天我卸载了docker中的EmbyServer，以NAS套件的方式重新安装在群晖NAS中。安装后我在通过浏览器设置了Embyserver的Premiere密钥、显示正常，并且通过浏览器可以播放硬盘，但通过Emby客户端播放时，提示我需要购买EmbyPremiere。并且通过客户端查看Premiere密钥时、虽然显示正确的密钥、但是没有显示密钥状态，界面上一直显示一个蓝色转圈。重新启动Embvserver后仍然是这样。移除密钥保存，显示移除成功，再填写密钥也没用。

已经解决。
1. 通过浏览器登录sever控制台，清掉密钥，保存。
2. 重启server。
3. 通过客户端登录server控制台，确认密钥是空的，然后填入密钥，保存。

我的google tv 中客户端。总提示还有几天就不能试用了，要订阅，其他客户端没发现。我是docker服务器。如何解决呢？谢谢。

The key is entered in the Server, not on the client side. See here: How is the Emby Premiere Key Delivered to Me?

You install the key in the server using the dashboard.  You can use the web client for this.

我秘钥是输入在服务器端，我已经输入了。手机客户端，电脑客户端使用都没问题。只是google tv 客户端 出现这种情况。按上边朋友的一些方法试过了，取消密钥，再重新添加，都试过了。没解决。

Then this is almost certainly a problem with the client not having full access to the Internet - because the Premiere validation is done from each client, not just the server.

Correct.  Please be sure the device can reach our servers over the internet.

So what should I do to get full access? My Google TV has no problem accessing the Internet because it has many other apps, all running normally and connected to the Internet.
